Missing miles

How do I claim for any missing miles?

Please allow up to 28 days from your date of travel for miles to appear on your account. You can claim for missing miles by signing into your online Diamond Club account and going to the ‘claim missing miles’ area. This includes a form you can complete online with all your flight details.

We will then need you to send us your email confirmation (to Diamond Club programme - PO Box 5050, Annesley, Nottingham, NG15 0DL) showing the value you paid for your flights so that the correct number of miles can be added. The number of miles for a return flight will be calculated based on the total flight cost (including taxes and charges), divided by two to give a price per single flight value.
