All about...
Paris,
Paris, the Grande Dame of international tourism, is the most visited and perhaps the most emblematic city in the world. Each year, millions make the pilgrimage en masse to tourist hotspots such as the Louvre and Eiffel Tower, unaware of the many hidden jewels tucked away throughout the city and just waiting to be discovered. In-the-know places, quirky holes in the wall, cutting edge art houses, eclectic hangouts – the City of Lights is rife with them…

Best healthy bar/restaurant:
Bob’s Juice Bar and Kitchen
The original Bob’s Juice bar, just behind the funky Canal Saint Martin neighbourhood, showed the City of Light how good a seriously laidback and well-run organic juice bar could be. This new location, “Kitchen” expands the menu, and offers some of the best and healthiest vegetarian comfort food around.
Where: Bob’s Juice Bar and Kitchen, 74 rue des Gravilliers, Paris, Tel: +33 (0)6 5095 3697.
Website: www.bobsjuicebar.comBest steak tartare:
Les Fines Gueules
Les Fines Gueules, located in a timbered, multilevel 17th century building just off of the chic Place des Victoires shopping area, has the best tartar in the city. Hand-cut (not hamburgered) beef from the Limousin region (from star butcher Hugo Desnoyer), mixed with pesto, aged parmesan, and served with tasty grenade potatoes.

The best clubbing:
V.I.P Room Theatre
Recently opened across from the Louvre museum, this is, without a doubt the most in-your-face glam dance club in the city. To guarantee entrance, have your hotel concierge reserve a table with bottle service in advance – otherwise, dress to the nines and risk the wrath of the doorman!
